Understand and lift your QA score
What the brand-quality score measures, how to read the findings, and how to raise it with one click or by sharpening your brand.

What the score measures
Every post and document gets a brand-quality (QA) score from 0–100 that measures how well it matches your brand voice, your strategy and your proof. Content tied to a campaign also gets a separate campaign-alignment score. The score is the guardrail that keeps weak content from reaching approval.
Read the findings
Open the QA report to see exactly why a score is what it is: for example a tone mismatch, an unsupported claim, or a weak call-to-action. Each finding is something you can act on.
Fix the QA findings in one click
Use the “✦ Fix the QA findings” button on a post or document. BrandOps9 rewrites it to resolve the findings while keeping your message and any real proof, then re-scores it, which usually lifts both the brand and campaign scores.
Raise scores across the board
If scores are consistently low, improve the inputs rather than each post: tighten your tone of voice, add concrete proof points and differentiators, and make your audience and core offer specific in your strategy. Better inputs produce higher-scoring content everywhere.
