Cookie Policy

BrandOps9 uses essential browser storage to run the product, plus one optional analytics cookie that is only set if you accept it. We set no advertising cookies and run no cross-site tracking.
Essential local storage
We keep your authentication token, profile state and support-session context in your browser's local storage so you stay logged in across refreshes and redirects. This is strictly necessary to provide the service and cannot be turned off while you use the product.
Preferences
Product preferences such as your selected brand, UI state or workflow context may be stored locally to make repeated use faster and more consistent. Your analytics choice (accept or decline) is also stored locally so we don't ask again.
Analytics (optional, consent-based)
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use brandops9.com: which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors come from and what device they use. No analytics script loads and no analytics cookie is set until you click Accept on the consent bar, and declining keeps the site fully analytics-free. IP addresses are anonymized, Google advertising signals are disabled and we do not use the data for ads or share it for cross-site tracking. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's storage in your browser, after which the bar asks again.
No advertising tracking
BrandOps9 loads no advertising or social tracking scripts. Third parties you interact with directly (Stripe checkout, Google OAuth and the social platforms you connect) apply their own cookies during authentication or payment under their respective policies.
Managing storage
You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser at any time. Doing so may log you out, reset product preferences and re-show the analytics consent bar.
