Advanced: the power of proof points
Why concrete proof points are the single biggest lever on content quality, credibility and QA scores.

What a proof point is
A proof point is a concrete, verifiable fact about your brand: a statistic, a guarantee, a named customer, an award, a number. “Trusted by 50,000 teams”, “a 10-year guarantee”, “cuts reporting time by 70%”. They're the opposite of adjectives: instead of claiming you're great, they show it.
Why they're the biggest quality lever
Proof points are the raw material the AI is allowed to cite. With strong ones, your content makes specific, credible claims and scores higher on brand-QA, because the score rewards backed claims and penalizes empty ones. Without them, generation has nothing concrete to stand on, so it stays vague and the QA findings keep flagging unsupported or weak statements.
Grounded, never invented
BrandOps9 won't fabricate credentials to fill the gap; “Fix the QA findings” works only with the proof you've actually provided. That's exactly why adding real proof points is the highest-leverage thing you can do: it raises the ceiling for every post, document and campaign at once, rather than one post at a time.
Adding strong proof
Add proof points in your go-to-market strategy in Brand Studio. Favor the specific over the general (a number beats “many”), keep them true and current, and revisit them as you win customers or hit milestones; your content gets sharper the moment you do.
