More than answers

Emma is BrandOps9's built-in assistant, the 💬 button in the bottom corner. She answers questions about your own workspace with real numbers (credits, publishing status, why a post didn't go out), and she can also do the work: ask her to create a campaign, draft or revise a post, generate a document, approve content or schedule it, and she performs the action in your workspace.

Ask naturally. "Create a campaign for our spring launch" gets it done; "How do I plan a campaign?" gets a short explanation, plus an offer to just do it for you.

You stay in charge: confirm buttons & autonomy

By default every action comes back as a one-click confirm button; nothing runs until you press it. If you want less friction, pick an autonomy level from the selector at the top of the chat:

• Confirm everything (default): you approve each action before it runs.
• Auto-run drafts: reversible work (drafts, campaigns, documents) runs instantly; approving, scheduling and creating a brand still ask first.
• Full autonomy: every action runs automatically.

The same guardrails, always

Whatever autonomy you choose, every action runs through the same checks as the app itself: your team role, your credit balance and the content-safety rules, and it all lands in the audit log. Autonomy removes the click, never the guardrails. Generating content costs credits exactly as it would if you did it by hand (written content is unlimited on paid plans).

Full screen when you want to work in it

Click the expand icon (⤢) in the chat header to make Emma a full-screen workspace, useful when you're running your content through conversation. Press Escape once to shrink back to the corner widget, twice to close. Your size preference is remembered.
